UK shipping

We ship all ANGS Himalayan yak chews from our fulfilment centre in Wembley, London. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for 1–2 business days.

Delivery costs

• Standard UK delivery: £3.95 (free on orders over £20)
• Express UK delivery: £6.95
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

How we pack yak chews

ANGS yak chews are a natural, hard-dried product. We pack them in sturdy, recyclable cardboard boxes with protective padding to prevent breakage in transit. Every order is sealed to keep the chews fresh and intact until they reach your dog.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can also contact us at info@angs.store with your order number if you need help.

Missed delivery

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour when possible. If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange or collect from a local depot.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your yak chews arrive damaged or your parcel goes missing, please email us at info@angs.store within 7 days with your order number and a photo if applicable. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

International delivery

At this time, ANGS Himalayan yak chews are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand to international markets — follow us on Instagram for updates.
