14-day cooling-off period

You have 14 days from the date your Himalayan yak chews are delivered to change your mind and request a return. The chews must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your yak chews arrive damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong flavour or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the item and your order number to info@angs.store and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Food safety and opened products

Because ANGS yak chews are a natural food product for dogs, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially chewed items unless they are faulty. This protects the health of all our customers and their pets.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@angs.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and postage instructions.
3. Pack the unopened chews securely and send them back using the method we provide.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Return postage

If you are returning because of a fault or incorrect item, we cover the return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Gift card purchases

ANGS gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be redeemed on any yak chew product or bundle at angs.store.
